Incorporated in 1998, Bravatec was founded with the
mission of providing general contracting and project
management services to small and midsize customers in the
mid-Atlantic region. Our management team has a long
resume of on-site field experience in the general
contracting field, and an extensive background in
providing project management services to business
customers.
In order to control the quality of our products and
services, Bravatec is structured and managed as a small
company focusing on a limited number of projects at any
given time. Our client list includes large corporations
such as State Farm Insurance and Siemens Communications
in addition to a long list of satisfied smaller customers.
Our general contracting division specializes in light
commercial construction and new stand alone residential
projects. The primary focus of our light commercial work
includes retail and office fit-ups and ground up
construction of small offices, stores or other commercial
buildings. In the residential market we offer a wide
variety of services including the construction of
detached garages, exterior structures, or a custom home.
